This website is operated by Fargo ND Pole Barn Builders. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you use the site is the version that applies. We would encourage you to read them again if it has been a while since your last visit.
This website is not a quotation
Everything on this site is general information about post-frame construction and the conditions we build in. None of it is a quotation, an offer, or a commitment to build anything at a particular price or on a particular timescale.
A quotation from us is a separate written document prepared for a specific building on a specific site after we have looked at it. Only that document, and any contract that follows from it, creates obligations between us. Figures, ranges, dimensions and timescales mentioned on this site are illustrative and will not necessarily apply to your project.
Technical and regulatory information
We have taken care over the technical content on this site, including the references to ground snow loads, footing depths, code editions, permit processes and local regulations. Those references were accurate to the best of our knowledge when written, and we cite the relevant rule or code section so you can check it yourself.
Codes, ordinances, fee schedules and permit procedures change, sometimes with little notice and often differently in each of the many jurisdictions across Cass and Clay counties. Nothing on this site should be treated as a substitute for confirming the current position with the authority that governs your parcel, or for advice from a qualified engineer, surveyor or attorney on your specific project.
We accept no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of general information published here rather than on advice given for your particular site and building.
Enquiries and the quote form
When you submit the enquiry form on this site you are asking us to contact you about a possible project. Submitting it does not commit you to anything, and it does not commit us to taking on the work.
Please give us accurate contact details, since we cannot respond to a request we cannot reply to. Please do not submit anyone else's personal information without their knowledge, and please do not use the form to send us confidential material. How we handle what you send is set out in our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, design, photographs and illustrations on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to read the site, print pages for your own use, and share links to it.
You may not republish substantial parts of the written content, reproduce the photographs or illustrations, or present any of it as your own work, without our written permission. Short quotations with a clear credit and a link back are fine.
Links to other sites
This site links to external resources, including city, county and state code and permit pages, so that you can verify what we have written. Those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their accuracy.
The footer of every page includes an embedded map provided by Google. Using that embed means Google may set cookies or collect data according to their own terms, which are outside our control.

These limits apply to the website. Our obligations on building work are governed by the contract for that work, not by this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota. Any dispute arising from your use of this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of North Dakota.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
